Cottage Corner

Cottage Corners Community Health Center is located near the intersection of Shelby and Prospect Street on the near south side of Indianapolis. General Obstetric and Gynecologic services are provided at this office.Patients who are seen at Cottage Corners that require hospitalization will be cared for at Wishard Memorial Hospital. Free parking is available at Cottage Corners Community Health Center.
