IU Women's Healthcare employs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individuals, couples, and families with counseling services. Our Master’s prepared therapist will work with clients to treat their disorders and enhance their well-being. Some of the services offered include:
- Treatment for depression to include postpartum depression
- Counseling for sexual dysfunction in both women and men
- Treatment for a loss of ability to function due to a history of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse
- Grief and loss counseling associated with the death of a child or the loss of a pregnancy
- Treatment for Anxiety disorders, especially Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Treatment for various relationship problems to include unhealthy and/or abusive patterns of behavior
- Treatment to help in enhancing coping skills to persons with disabilities and their families, including but not limited to chronic mental illness
