Lee A. Learman, M.D., Ph.D.
Following an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Los Angeles, Dr. Lee Learman completed a combined degree program at Harvard University where he was awarded a medical degree and a doctorate in Social Psychology. He then completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California at Los Angeles.
Dr. Learman is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Learman serves as the Clarence E. Ehrlich Professor and Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Indiana University.
Dr. Learman is a general obstetrican/gynecologist who specializes in the comprehensive assessment of chronic pelvic pain syndromes in women of all ages. In his practice patients are evaluated for vulvar pain, pain with sex, and menstrual pain including endometriosis, as well as neuropathic and myofascial sources of pain.
